How much do you charge for your website design services?
Aceband's services are competitively priced. Since every project is different, we do not offer package prices. In order to prepare a quote for the project, we need the details about what you have in mind, after which we'll provide you with a written estimate.
Our estimates are based primarily upon how much time it will take to complete your project.
Why should I use your website design services and not another company?

With Aceband IT there are no hidden fees or surprises. Once we have all the information about your requirements you will be given a price and that price will stand firm for both the website design and the optimization, if required. The only time a given price would change is if you want another page or any other material added before completion of the website.
I would like to use your website design service, what is the procedure?
The procedure is quite simple and free of hassle. Click [ here ] to get our contact address, e-mail or phone number. If you informe us of your interest, we'll reach you to fill up a simple information form. Once we have those information, we can start right there. It is important that we receive all client-provided materials prior to beginning the project. We will consult with you about the content that you may need, including text copy, images, logos, and related information. It is often the case that new clients do not have all the necessary components. In that case, we will assist you to get those.
Can I see the design while my website is under development?
Yes. Once the design for the main page has been completed it will be uploaded to our server for your approval. After approval the rest of website will be developed. For your convenience, we can also send you printouts of your site pages. Approval can be done on those papers too.
How long will the design of my website take?
A static plain business site can be completed within a week. Most of the sites we do take two weeks to one month to complete. Larger (and often, more complex) websites can understandably require more time. This is particularly true in the case of database-enabled websites and those with e-commerce capability.
Would you define the terms 'domain' and 'hosting'?
Domain names can be defined in many ways. In plain text, a domain name is a unique name that identifies an Internet site. Domain names have two or more parts separated by dots.
For example www.aceband.com. One has to pay to register a domain name.
Hosting (also known as web site hosting, web hosting) is the process of housing and maintaining web sites. While web pages are designed and developed on a single computer, they must be transferred to a server, or host, so that they are available to the rest of the world over the Internet. A host is simply a computer that has a constant, high speed connection to the Internet. Hosting companies rent space on these machines. Just like domain names, hosting of your site require a certain periodic fee.
Do I need to buy a domain name and hosting meself?
If you use our web design service, we will do it for you. We wil also cover all your hosting and domain registration fees. We have separate domain and hosting business incorporated. So hosting and domain related tasks are easy for us.
What kind of services will I need once the site is completed?
Some websites require minimal maintenance while some require daily updates. Be sure to discuss your site's future needs with your web developer.
If there are any problems, how are they corrected? Support service?
If there are problems with the website's functionality, that would be our responsibility. You are hiring a web designer/developer to not only design your website, but make sure it is functional across all platforms. If there is a server related problem, your web designer would interact with the web hosting company to resolve those problems.
How much do you charge for updates?
We offer free technical support and 2 months of free maintenance/updates is provided following site completion, installation and publishing. For minor changes, we don't take any charge for 1 year. A significant portion of our business involves the periodic updating of our clients' websites. When Aceband IT builds you a website, you can rest assured that you have been and will be well looked after.
Would we need to use your company to revise and update our website?
It is your choice. You can call on us at any time to revise and update the website. This is an ongoing service we provide to all our clients. Or, in the alternative, you can select any designer of your choice. After we have completed a website, we will provide you with all the source files and code a document which contains all the passwords, usernames, database information and any other information related to the website. Any experienced web designer should be able to follow through
